Additional Support – Choices Sober Houses, LLC

We help to accomplish your sobriety goals with accountability and encouragement. We provide connection and resources. We are building a community of women who are positioning themselves to live the rest of their lives sober. To that end, we offer the following support programs:

Additional Included Support:

• Relapse Prevention Group weekly with LCSW

• Medication support and Accountability

• Bi Monthly visits from Nurse practitioner for medication refills

• Cooking lessons and instruction, nutritional support

• Job and interview coaching

• Private coaches available for hire

• 12 step meetings in house weekly

• Cooking Classes for meal planning support

• Case Management

• Volunteer drivers

• clothing and food drives

Family Support:

Parents/Spouse support and introduction to Alanon, to help the parents and partners understand addiction and and how they can become healthy, effective supporters to their loved ones.

Relapse Prevention/Accountability/Recovery Coaching Groups:

Sign up for weekly Relapse Prevention groups along with bi-weekly drug and alcohol testing for additional connection and accountability.* Whether you are staying or have stayed with Choices or not, you can utilize this service and see the nurse practitioner for prescription refills. (No subs)**
